A non-equilibrium bounce-back boundary condition for thermal multispeed LBM

چکیده

High-order lattice Boltzmann methods provide an elegant and systematic way to incorporate thermal compressible effects represent a promising approach for the study of beyond-hydrodynamics regimes characterized by finite Knudsen numbers. However, presence multiple layers makes definition boundary conditions non-trivial, since one needs define missing information particle distributions across several layers. In this work we present extension recently proposed non-equilibrium bounce-back condition compare it against established algorithms simulating standard benchmarks with wall-bounded flows.
